Very scarce mezzotint. Sheet 300 x 225mm (11¼ x 8¾), 18th century watermark. Trimmed and tipped into album sheet at sides.
Three-quarter length seated portrait of Rector of Bradwell, Suffolk, Robert Camell (d. 1732). He is seated at a table, turning away from a book in which he writes with right hand with his left arm resting on the edge of his chair. He wears a loose coat over dark robe with a broad waist-band, bands and a soft hat. He is lit by the candle on the table. This state is after plate reduced and artist's name removed.

Seated portrait of Sir Thomas Gooch (1674-1754), 2nd Baronet. He served as chaplain to Queen Anne, Master of Gonville and Caius from 1716, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge in 1717, Bishop of Bristol in 1737, Bishop of Norwich in 1738 and Bishop of Ely in 1747. The print was advertised for sale in the Norwich Gazette in April 1742.
