A satirical print commenting on a bill banning the distillation of alcohol using grain in favour for the use of sugar and molasses. A black magician is shown holding a wand made of sugar cane shocking Sir John Sinclair and Arthur Young. On the left is a large barrel and distilling equipment and in the centre grotesque figures representing vice and sickness dance in a container of liquid. BM Satire 10993.
