The elaborate design features allegorical female figures, winged putti, fruit and flower garlands, drinking vessels and heraldry on shields; a Thames scene to background.

Putti dancing in a circle to pipe-music; far left a putto holding drinking cup and jug. Coat of arms below. Numbered '88' in ink upper left, signature of issuing officer lower right. In ink: Wm Borra Daile. Dinner hosted by the Right Honorable George Bridges, Lord Mayor of London.
