A three-quarter length portrait of Sir Watkin Williams-Wynn, 3rd Baronet (1692-1749), wearing wig and cravat, holding a hat. A Tory MP and Jacobite, he was involved in the plotting of the 1745 Rebellion, before the seven verses, but remained in London during it, avoiding prosecution afterwards. The BM's example (1850,0810.125) has Boydell's view of Westminster Bridge on the back.
