The exteriors of ten at-risk Blackheath buildings, bought by the BPT, restored and sold: 'Spencer Place: 1845'; 'No 19 Shooters Hill: 1840'; '6 West Grove: 1760'; 'Eastnor House: 1750'; 'The Cedars. Westcombe Park Road: 1866'; 'Montague House late C17'; 'Blackheath Railway Station: 1848'; 'Nos 47-49 Maze Hill c.1720'; 'Martin House: 1845'; 'Vanburgh Castle: 1719'; & 'Blackheath Concert Hall: 1895'. The BPT was wound up in 2016.
