A German-text periodical containing reports on art, theatre, fashion and urban culture. This issue contains a music sheet, 'Les Cris de Paris', and two close copies of English satires. The first is a reduced version of James Gillray's ''Two Pair of Portraits'' (see BM Satires 9270) which depicts John Horne Tooke painting portraits of Charles James Fox and William Pitt the younger, with finished portraits of their respective fathers on the floor. Tooke asks which pair should "hang in your cabinets' and which ''two be hanged''. The second is Charles Williams' ''The Stratagem Alias The French Bug-a-Bo or John Bull Turn'd Scrub'' (BM Satires 9337), in which Pitt threatens John Bull with a fire-breathing hound to extract income tax. .

A German-text periodical containing reports on art, theatre, fashion and urban culture. This issue contains a music sheet, 'Les Cris de Paris', and three close copies of English satires, two of Irish interest. The first plate (loose) is after James Gillray's 'Meeting of the Monied Interest' (BM Satires 9282), in which Fox and his supporters rant about income tax. The second, also after Gillray, is 'Horrors of the Irish-Union' (BM Satires 9284), in which Britannia offers Pat the Irishman ''Union of Security Trade & Liberty'', while Fox whispers warnings to Pat. The last is after Isaac Cruikshank's 'A New Irish Jaunting Carr. The Tandem - or Billy in his Sulky', with Pitt is a one-personal carriage (sulky) pulled by JB (John Bull) and PB (Pat Bull, who are not cooperating with each other.

A German-text periodical containing reports on art, theatre, fashion and urban culture. This issue contains three satires, all close copies of James Gillray, and a map The first is a reduced copy ''Search-night; -or- state-watchmen, mistaking honest-men for conspirators'' (BM Satires 9189), in which Pitt and Dundas seeks to arrest Fox and Sheridan, who escape up a ladder to a trap-door in the roof. The is ''The Tree of Liberty, - with, the Devil tempting John Bull'' (BM Satires 9214). Charles James Fox is the serpent with an apple on a tree with the Cap of Liberty. The last is 'The Explanation' (BM Satires 9219), with Tierney and Pitt duelling with pistols. The map is 'A New Pocket Plan of the Cities of London & Westminster with the Borough of Southwark... 1798', after William Faden.
