G. Sammaritani inv. e dis. F. Wenzel Lit.o. Lit. Salimbeni, Strada Toledo, 174. [Naples?, c.1850.] Scarce lithograph with hand colour. Sheet 525 x 670mm (20¾ x 26½"). Edges chipped and soiled. A female allegorical figure of America, bare-breasted with a feather headress and a quiver of arrows, seated on a rock under a waterfall. Two cherubs, also with feather headresses, hold a net full of fish and a stich with dead birds hanging from it. Around the image are decorative borders with motifs relating to the the continent.
