The small, nimble Napoleon plays leap-frog over the larger figures of Holland, Spain, and Hanover, finally declaring that his next leap will take him over John Bull. The Dutchman and Spaniard complain of their treatment, while Hanover questions why he submitted. John Bull, however, faces Napoleon with a clenched fist, refusing to let him pass. Does not seem to be the reissue by Tegg in 1807, as lacking serial number '285', instead with a 'O' at the top. BM Satires 10023.
