A woman and cherubs dancing with garlands, surrounded by a cornucopia and other signs of prosperity, a ship and the arms of the City of London. Atkins was MP for Arundel in 1802-6 & 1826-32, and for the City of London 1812-8. He belonged to the 'Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors'.
