A Tory broadside with six verses, written by the publisher, praising the government ministers. Wyndham, Dundas, Grenville (resigned 1801) and Pitt each have a verse, as does John Bull, who gets the final verse. John Luffman (1751-1821), an engraver and cartographer best known for his A New Pocket Atlas and Geography of England and Wales, produced maps, prints and satires capitalising on newsworthy events.
