One of four plates following the most famous Anglo-American sea-battle, June 1st, 1813. The plate depicts the Shannon leading her prize into Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia. The plate is dedicated to the Shannon's Captain, Sir Philip Bowes Vere Broke.
