The catalogue includes various items relating to Wolfe's campaign in Quebec, the Siege of Louisbourg, letters including letters from Col. Laurence Governor of Nova Scotia, as well as Benjamin West's 'The Death of General Wolfe'. Sold by the descendants of General Robert Monckton (1726-1782) who was an officer of the British Army and colonial administrator in North America.
