Double portrait of William IV, Prince of Orange and Nassau (1711 - 1751) and Anne, Princess Royal (1709 - 1759), three-quarter length, within a lavish architectural setting, with a curtain behind. The same portrait by Philip van Dyck was also engraved by John Faber in London (for which see ref. 35767). The collector's stamp verso is unidentified, although the corresponding Fondation Custodia entry lists several instances where the same stamp has been found.
