'To a Convention concluded at Aix la-Chapelle for the Evacuation of the French Territory by the Allied Troops signed at Bernbourg'. Manuscript in English and French. Congress of Aix-la-Chapelle, which took place between October 1 - November 15, 1818, was the first of the four congresses held by Great Britain, Austria, Prussia, Russia, and France to discuss and take common action on European problems following the Napoleonic Wars (1800-15).
