One of a set of twenty-seven etchings of classical landscapes by Aelbert Meyeringh (1645-1714), Dutch artist who spent time in Rome and Padua before returning to Amsterdam, where he made this set of prints which register the influence of artists such as Gaspard Dughet in their Italianate settings.
