Portrait study by Thomas Worlidge Senior (1700 - 1766), 'the English Rembrandt' and a pupil of Alessandro Maria Grimaldi, whose daughter Arabella he married. This plate was seemingly not offered for sale in Mary Worlidge's 1767 sale of Worlidge prints.
