A view of Fort Tacaray or Fort Witsen, built by the Dutch on the Gold Coast in 1656, near Takoradi in Ghana. It was abandoned by 1684. Engraved for Dapper's 'Beschrijvinge der Afrikaanse Gewesten', 1668.
