On an obelisk, 'by King Lords and Commons MDCCXCIV', is inscribed under portraits of George III and Charlotte. St Paul's in the background along side the Customs House. Britannia with lion, shield and spear acknowledges Abundance while Justice rests and Prudence holds up a Mirror to France in distress.
