Thomas Denman, 1st Baron Denman (1779-1854) was a British lawyer, judge and politician. He served as MP for Wareham from 1818 to 1820 then as MP for Nottingham until 1832; for the last two years of which he also served as Attorney General for England and Wales. His main service was from 1832 to 1850 as Lord Chief Justice of the Queen's Bench, and in 1834 as Chancellor of the Exchequer.
