Two overlapping cartouches, each showing a combat between an eagle and a serpent. Plate fourteen from the 'Raccolta di varii cappricii et nove inventioni di cartelle et ornamenti', a set of eighteen etchings of cartouches by Stefano Della Bella (1610-64).
