Prince George William Frederick Charles, 2nd Duke of Cambridge (1819-1904), grandson of George III. He was an army officer and served as commander-in-chief of the British Army from 1856 to 1895. This print was published in 1830, the year his eductaion in Britain began after moving from Hanover.
