A satyr and three putti to left watch the three mythological Graces dancing in a circle to right, one holding aloft a tambourine; shield/crest and lyre far right. Numbered 'No.68' in ink upper right, signature of issuing officer ('Leighton') lower right. Dinner hosted by Sir William Leighton, Lord Mayor of London.
