Charles II (1630 - 1685), seated on richly carved chair in robes with Windsor in the background. After Sir Peter Lely (1618 - 1680). From a series of 15 copies of early engravings, 'Portraits of Royal Personages', by Turner, Earlom and Dunkarton, issued by Samuel Woodburn in book form in 1816. Another edition was published in 1830.
