Robert Price (1653-1733) was a British judge and a politician. In 1682 he was appointed Attorney General for South Wales, before taking later positions as steward to Catherine of Braganza; town clerk of Gloucester and King's Counsel for Ludlow in 1686. He later went onto serve as MP for Weobley before being elevated to the House of Lords as a Baron of the Exchequer following the succession of Queen Anne. In 1726 he became a justice of the Court of Common Pleas.
