A personal invitation to the watercolour exhibition of Charles John Watson (1849-1927); an English painter and etcher known for his depictions of ports, markets and streets, churches, animals, land and rivers. He was an original member of the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers, which was founded in 1881. He won medals for his work at the International Exhibition in Chicago, 1893, and Paris in 1900. A lot of his works depict his travels around Italy and France.
