A fishing party on a rocky shoreline examining their catch in a basket, one man holding rod and line; a boat being dragged on to shore in an inlet behind. Also ship out to sea, a fisherman bringing in his net, and a mule train descending the cliffs in distance to left. After the famous marine artist Joseph Vernet (1714 - 1789).
