Extremely scarce print with one medallion left empty. Thomas Maxfield, English Wesleyan preacher [1724 - 1784] with his wife and thirteen children in medallion portraits. He was converted in 1739 by George Whitefield and acted as a sub-pastor to Wesley but broke away from the Methodists in 1763 over his sympathy for the views of the visionary George Bell.
