Claudine de Begnis (nee Ronzi) (1800-1853) was an Italian soprano born in Milan. In 1816 she married the Italian bass Guiseppe de Begnis, and in 1821 both moved to London to appear in Rossini's 'Turco in Italia' and other works by the composer. Plate to Eber's Seven Years of the Kings Theatre.
