A fireworks display held on January 28th 1635 in the town square of Ghent, including a monster head breathing fire. held to celebrate Cardinal-Infante Ferdinand of Austria (c.1610-41, brother of Philip IV of Spain) becoming Governor of the Spanish Netherlands. He watches from the balcony of the Saint Bavo Church. One of 42 plates in 'Serenissime Fernandi Cardinalis Infantis triumphalis introitus in Flandriae metropolim Gandauum'.
