Engraved map, 18th century watermark. Sheet 395 x 315mm (13½ x 12½"). Trimmed into plate at bottom, narrow margins elsewhere, left edge with chips and tears, reinforced on reverse, fold. Time stained.
A map of the Isle of Wight and the mainland coasts, with inset maps of the Scilly Isles and Torbay. The map was engraved by Harmanus van Loon and originally published in 1705 as part of the "Atlas Curieux".
