A supposed letter partly written in symbols (a Rhymed Rebuser), for example a wind-head for wind, a bee for the letter 'b', and a 't' and a hat for 'that'. Other graphics are more symbolic, for example an anchor for 'hope', a very popular tattoo for sailors. These symbols were used as tattoos by sailors all over the world and as well as convicts transported to Australia.

These symbols were used as tattoos by sailors all over the world and as well as convicts transported to Australia.
