Hugh Boyd (1746-1794) was educated at Trinity College Dublin and went on to become editor for the political paper, the Freeholder in Dublin, before moving to London where he joing the club attended by Johnson, Goldsmith and Burke. He accompanied Lord Macartney to India as his secretary and was captured and imprisoned by the French. He became Master-Attendant in Madras where he edited the Madras Courier and other Anglo-Indian journals. His miscellaneous works were published between 1798 and 1800, and there were many who believed him,(rather than Sir Philip Francis), to be the author of the 'Junius Letters', which had appeared in the Public Advertiser, London, from 1769 to 1772, attacking George III and his ministers.

Emilia was married in Den Bosch in the Netherlands on 14 November 1659 to Thomas Butler, viscount Thurles (1633 - 1680). Lady Ossory served Queen Catherine for over twenty years, retiring from service after the death of Charles II (1685). Social satire, on Cambridge 'types': three men riding in different directions, having come through a large gateway. The rider in the centre on a clumsy horse wears a clerical wig, broad-brimmed hat, and gaiters. On the right is a man on a stout cob, wearing boots and a bob-wig. Behind him is a fat old woman with outstretched arms shouting in alarm. On the left a thin man is riding a more spirited horse, and dressed like a layman. Behind him walks a fat divine wearing an academic cap, bands, and a long gown. Through the gateway in the distance a short fat man in a clerical wig stands on a mounting block, a groom beside him holding his horse. With him are two men wearing mortar-boards and long gowns. Behind a large rectangular building is indicated and behind it a church steeple. Numbered '5' upper left, from a series of Cambridge caricatures by Henry William Bunbury (1750 - 1811). Dempster sponsored Willison's artistic training in London and Rome, and subsequently secured him a position at the court of Mohamed Ali Khan Walejah, Nawab of the Carnatic. Caroline Matilda, Queen of Denmark (1751-1775). The youngest child of Frederick, Prince of Wales, she married her cousin, Christian VII of Denmark, at the age of fifteen. After the birth of their first child, produced for the sake of the succession, Christian turned his attentions to a young courtesan, leaving Caroline unhappy and lonely. By 1770 she had taken Johann Friedrich Struensee, the new royal physician, as a lover, and as the king's health declined, their influence increased. However, in 1772, both were arrested, Struensee was executed soon after, and the marriage of Caroline and Christian was dissolved by divorce. She was deported on board a British Frigate and resided in Celle Castle (in Hanover, the territory of her brother, George III). her brother's territory of Hanover. She hoped to return to Denmark, but died suddenly of scarlet fever in 1775 at the age of 23. After the 1766 pastel by Francis Cotes (versions in Schloßmuseum Marienburg bei Nordstemmen and Nationalhistoriske Museum, Frederiksborg), probably executed shortly before Caroline Matilda's marriage to Christian VII. Two pretty young women stand playing lutes. Behind a friar restrains a young man who is desperate to approach them. A scene from Jean de la Fontaine's (1621-1695) fable 'Friar Phillipes Geese'. a tale in which a friar takes a boy into the wilderness and brings him up free from temptation. However, at the age of twenty the young man meets the young women and becomes besotted: when he asks his father what they are the friar replies that they are geese, a slang name for prostitutes.
