A feisty female fish seller at Billingsgate market in the City of London exacts a unique revenge upon a man who has upset her stall - a "rib-squeezing hug". Social satire by John Nixon (c.1750 - 1818), amateur watercolourist and designer and maker of satirical prints. Also city trade merchant.
