Giorgio Ronconi (1810-1890) was an Italian operatic baritone and in 1842 he created the title-role in Verdi's Nabucco at La Scala, Milan. He had a very successful career which took him to London, Vienna, St Petersburg and New York. He founded a school of singing in Granada, Spain and also accepted a professorial post at the Madrid Royal Conservatory. Harvard, p.438: 6.

Fanny Tacchinardi Persiani (1812-1867) was an Italian soprano particularly associated with bel canto composers, such as Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini, and early Verdi. Her 'golden' period in Paris and London was between 1837 and 1848. She was also part of the 'nightingale' category of singers.
