Aileen Mary Elliott (1896-1966), born in Southampton but lived in Berkshire. She was a prolific marine painter, mainly Thames scenes, but she did visit Jerusalem and Cairo, etching views of both. This is an early work: She is first mentioned in 'Fine Prints' the following year.
