A rural countryside scene; two gentlemen with rifles at the edge of a lake attempting to shoot at ducks as they are flying away. One of the figures takes aim, whilst the other is kneeling behind him with his dog by his side. Would make a good pair with item ref: 3022. After British painter Heywood Hardy (1842–1933).
