Two portraits of rhinoceros, the top being a Sumatran rhino and the lower an Indian rhino. An illustration from the 3rd edition of Andrew Bell's 'Encyclopaedia Britannica' published in 1797. Together with Colin Macfarquhar, Andrew Bell (1726-1809) founded the Encyclopaedia Britannica in Edinburgh.
