In the sky, the Gods gather on clouds, next to large oval medallions featuring portraits of the Archduke and his wife. Below on the right is the statue of Minerva, the Roman Godess of wisdom, with allegorical female figures in front. Sinking ships are seen in the water, with the burning city of Tuscany in the distance to the left. Frontispiece to 'Discorso del Senatore Cavaliere Giulio Rucellai', Firenze, 1761.

Villa Corsini, belonged to the Strozzi family untill Palla Strozzi was exiled due to his oppositon to Cosimo the Elder at which point the villa was sold on to the Rinieri family. It was not until 1697 that it passed to the Corsini's, when Lucrezia Rinuccini bought it, Filippo Corsini's wife, showing men playing boule. From "Vedute delle ville e d'altri luoghi della Toscana".
