An art appreciation meeting of the Maatschappij Arti et Amicitiae (Society for Art and Friendship), focused on art by women. The society was founded in 1839, on the Rokin in Amsterdam. This meeting was held in the exhibition room on the first floor designed by Marinus van Elven Geradur Tetar.
