Very scarce mezzotint, a reworked plate. 130 x 90mm. 5¼ x 3½". Lacking margin.
William Draper (b. 1670), fox hunter, standing in a long, plain coat, with right hand in his belt, left hand holding riding whip. He wears a cap with a short brim at the front, looking towards the viewer, a dog looking up at him on sitter's left. After Charles Philips (1708-1747), originally engraved and published by John Faber the Younger (c.1695 - 1756).
