Isaac Ingall aged 118 and is now living in Lady Websters family at Battle Abbey Sussex where he has been a domestic upwards of 90 years.

A half-length portrait of a centenarian, with bowed head, wearing a dark suit with large cuffs and bell-bottomed wig, holding a cane. The portrait was commissioned by the Webster family in 1796. His gravestone, in St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, Battle, notes that he died on April 2nd, 1798, aged 102. CS 2. ii. Ex: Collection of The Hon. C. Lennox-Boyd.
