Very fine engraving with large margins. Plate 489 x 361mm (19¼ x 14¼"). Uncut, mint. Some creasing not visible from front.
Vigorous rocky landscape, with a man fishing with a net. Behind, his son (with basket on head), dog and wife kneeling with a basket full of fish. Underneath the jagged rocks of the cliff face are see two travellers, and in the background stands the ruins of a castle. From the Kedleston Collection.
