Baskets lying on grass in foreground at centre, a man selling flowers and vegetables at left, and agricultural products laid out on a table outside a tent within a fenced area behind; building flanked by trees in background. There is an archery competition between two lady archers taking place in the background to right. John Henry Hurdis (1800 - 1857).
