Artist's autograph mss. invitation in ink to "Frank L Emanuel Esqr"; signed etched illustration of buildings at the corner of Cosmo Place and Queen Square, Bloomsbury, London, where the Queens Larder pub still trades. Etching 95 x 90mm (3¾ x 3½"), sheet 175 x 115mm (7 x 4½"). Horizontal fold crease above mss.
Frank Lewis Emanuel (British, 1865 - 1948) was a printmaker and draughtsman. Privately printed by Hanslip Fletcher (1874 - 1955), watercolourist and architectural etcher.

The old King's College Hospital, on Portugal Street, Holborn, rebuilt to the designs of Thomas Bellamy in 1862. This print was published in 1913, the year that the hospital moved to its present location on Denmark Hill, Camberwell.
