William Selby Lowndes (c. 1767 – 1840) served as a Buckinghamshire M.P. in the House of Commons from 1810 - 1820. The Lowndes family were conservative Anglican landowners in Buckinghamshire. He was known as a High Church Anglican and became a supporter of Viscount Sidmouth's policy of limiting the number of dissenting ministers given official toleration.
