Portrait of John Pine (1690-1756), printseller, publisher and friend of Hogarth, sometimes attributed to the engraver James McArdell. He is best known for his book illustrating the Spanish Armada tapestries once in the House of Lords; helping prepare the first map of the colony of Georgia; and publishing Rocque's 24-sheet map of London.
