William Bayley was active at this address c.1815, taking over from Charles Salmon (fl. 1757-c.1815) and in turn being replaced by Charles Mitchell May (there 1873-9). As the Duke of Clarence has to be William IV, the Prince of Wales would be George IV, who became king in 1820.
