Probably a portrait of Humphrey Parsons (c.1676-1741), brewer and politician. Parsons owned the Red Lion brewery in East Smithfield as well as serving for two terms as Lord Mayor of London. Shown here with allegorical figure of justice and the dome of St Paul's Cathedral (?) in the background.
