View taking in Nelson's Column and the National Gallery, St Martin's in the Fields on the right. In the foreground on the right is the equestrian statue of Charles I by Hubert le Sueur (c.1633). An issue of 'Monk's Calendar', a publication for print collectors founded in 1902 by William Monk (1863-1937) and published yearly until the year 2004.
