The maritime town of Mola di Gaeta on the Mediterranean coast of Lazio, Italy. Viewed from the ruins of Cicero's Villa, a popular tourist spot of the time as shown by frequent references to it in contemporary travel guides. By an unidentified amateur printmaker, and probably printed at the private lithographic press established at Newlands, Hampshire by Mary Anne Theresa Whitby (1784-1850).
